Abstract:	自情緒智力這一概念提出後, 越來越多的研究者開始對這一領域進行探索. 本文首先對這一領域的研究歷史進行了回顧和總結, 並且著重探計了一些重要的亟待解決的問題.具體來講, 主要討論了情緒智力這一概念的建構效度，在測量上的缺陷以及跨文化議題，同時也闡述了中國的情緒智力研究者們這些年在這一領域所做的貢獻.透過對這些關鍵問題的分析和總結, 本文作者在最後還為未來中國的情緒智力研究者們指出了一些重要的研究方向.
