Abstract: | Work plays an important role in the recovery of youth with mental health issues. Vocational counselling service helps these young people develop a career in line with their preferred identities. This paper introduces a narrative life design approach that facilitates high functioning youth with psychosis to identify their strengths and explore their life theme and meanings in life. Building on these insights, they can make career planning appropriate to their recovery status. |
