Work plays an important role in the recovery of youth with mental health issues. Vocational counselling service helps these young people develop a career in line with their preferred identities. This paper introduces a narrative life design approach that facilitates high functioning youth with psychosis to identify their strengths and explore their life theme and meanings in life.
