Abstract
In this information society, the emerging of internet has created many issues as "it can copy arbitrary blobs of data from one place to another at virtually no cost, in virtually no time, with virtually no control." Thus, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) updated the copyright law to suit the internet in 1996. However, disputes over copyright in the cyberspace have not been fixed as it wishes.
