| Abstract: | 今天學界多從輸入(input)及輸出(output) 兩方面衡量研究高等院校的辦學成效.輸入方面分爲硬件及軟件.硬件如: 財政資助 教職員學歷等人才資源 課程設計 校舍設施及圖書館藏書等;軟件如:學生校園生活 學生組織 課外活動 學生歸屬感 校友會組織等.至於輸出方面,如畢業生成就 師生的學術研究成果及爲社會創造知識等.豐裕經濟支援,較能爲師生提供豐盛的校園生活,以及資助教職員進行更多研究,不能否定的是校方適當地運用經濟資源,較容易培訓人才,錢"財"與人"才"配合得宜,更容易締造一代學風. |
