Abstract: A two-wave longitudinal study was conducted to assess the implications of vocational identity process on career development among over 350 sub-degree students in Hong Kong during their transition to work. Implications on career counseling, education practice and policy regarding sub-degree students' career development and graduate adjustment were discussed.
