With the popularity of smart phone and mobile application, many traditional services can leverage the technology to provide the service in a more effective and efficient way. Mobile health care is one application for the practice of medicine and public health by using mobile devices. Moreover, health care sensors are available and economical in the market nowadays, so that people can easily use the sensors to keep track of their health. In this paper, we propose a system for personalized health care targeting at the analysis of ECG and EEG signals through the integration of mobile sensors, mobile application and web interface. Users can use the system to keep track of their health information, and their doctors / coaches / trainers (henceforth referred to a health advisors) can also keep track of the information through the system. Users and their health advisors can also communicate through the system so that they can communicate anywhere at any time.en_US
