Abstract
The term ‘near-miss’ refers to incidents that nearly lead to accidents but did not eventually. Studying near-miss reports is essential in preventing accidents; it is considered a necessary means to reduce the accidents and fatalities on the sites. In this chapter, we study near-miss reports in European and Asian countries.
