Abstract
從古代世界醫學史的角度來看, 中國古代的醫學歷史也是比較最悠久的. 遠在3000多年前的周代, 就出現了專治外科疾病的“腫醫”, 這說明當時的外科已發展 到一定的高度. 內經對中記載了對各種疾病的診斷與治療, 散見於先秦文獻裏的記載也很多. 秦漢以後, 名醫輩出, 先進的科學技術, 專門的論著, 傑出的外科手術例 案總是使人們感到吃驚. 說文中記錄了許多疾病, 有的直接描述疾病症狀, 有的根據特點, 給以固定的病名, 反映了古人對疾病的初期診斷. 其內容涉及內科病外科病婦科 病五官科病小兒科病流行病等. 說文對某些病症的認識已達到相當的水準,這些關於疾病的記述不僅為中國醫學史提供了最準確的原始資料.
The Medical Science has a long history in China. Back to the Zhou Dynasty which is about 3,000 years ago, Royal Surgeon had appeared, it shows that Surgery was very advanced at that time. In Nei Jing and other books, we can see the records about the related information of a lot of diseases. After Qin and Han dynasty, the Medical Science developed quickly. In Shuowen Jiezi, the first dictionary in China, it records a lot of information about Medical Science, including the name, symptoms and the treatment of a lot of diseases. From it, we can know the Medical science including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Department of obstetrics and gynecology, Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, Infantile paralysis and Epidemics etc. Those records in Shuowen Jiezi provides the original information about the Medical Science in China.
