Abstract

The Genetic Logic Programming System (GLPS) is a novel framework that combines the learning power of genetic algorithms and the knowledge representation power of logic programming to overcome the shortcomings of existing paradigms. The performance of GLPS is demonstrated through testing of a preliminary implementation on a battery of learning tasks.
