Abstract
發展一個科學全面的中國青年職業成熟度測量工具,並證實其對就業的影響是有現實意義的.研究透過包括中國香港和大陸在內的三個樣本對Ｌｅｅ(２００１)的職業成熟度量表進行修訂和驗證.結果表明,經過修訂的職業成熟度量表在信度和效度上都達到了可以接受的水平,而且職業成熟度對青年成功尋找並持續工作起到積極的影響作用.這些發現為將來研究華裔青年學生職業成熟度奠定了基礎.
This research aims to develop a scientific and inclusive instrument of career maturity and examine its effect on employment of young people.Using three samples from Hong Kong and Mainland China to modify Lee's(2001)Korean scale of career maturity,this study found that the modified version had good reliability and validity.It also found that young people's career maturity had a positive impact on employment.The findings lay a foundation for future research on young people's career maturity.
