Abstract
吉溫作為天寶年間的酷吏,先後獲李林甫楊國忠和安祿山所重用,漸漸擺脫酷吏的角色,而成為有著重要政治作用的朝廷重臣.到了天寶末年,隨著楊國忠與安祿山的權鬥,吉溫被牽涉其中,及至楊國忠借故貶死吉溫的二個月之後,便爆發了幾乎摧毀整個李唐王朝的安史之亂.當時流傳的說法是安祿山起兵,是為了替吉溫報仇.所以,吉溫在玄宗統治晚期所起的政治作用是不能忽視的.
As a ＂harsh official＂ during the Tianbao years, Ji Wen was entrusted at various times with high responsibilities by Li Linfu, Yang Guozhong and An Lushan and he gradually got rid of his harsh image and took on the role of a court official with an important political role. In the last years of Tianbao, Ji Wen was caught in the conflicts between Yang Guozhong and An Lushan. Yang demoted him on a flimsy pretext and later he died in prison. Two months later, the An Lushan Rebellion that almost destroyed the entire Tang dynasty broke out. It was rumored at the time that An Lu-shan raised his army to avenge Ji Wen. The political role that Ji Wen played in the late Xuan Zong rule therefore cannot be ignored.
