The Department of Economics and Finance, Sustainable Real Estate Research Centre, and Business and Economic and Public Policy Research Centre jointly organised – “International Conference on Banking, Real Estate and Financial Crises: Hong Kong, China and the World” at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. 30 papers presented, which covered global financial crises, concurrent real estate issues and international financial environment. Furthermore, a round-table talk was arranged to discuss Hong Kong’s real estate markets and housing policies.
