This chapter lays out the diversity of pastoral needs for ethnic minority students in the context of Hong Kong schools. The understanding of cultural differences and development of intercultural sensitivity have been examined which reveals the counselling needs of ethnic minority students at school and individual levels. Collaborations with parents and career guidance and inspirations also play an important part in the whole-person growth of students.
