| Abstract: | 隨著互聯網技術的快速發展,互聯網已經取代傳統的印刷出版行業,成為版權保護的重要戰場.雲盤作為提供個人免費網絡存儲的新興服務,因其便捷隱蔽等特點,成為網絡版權侵權的重災區 .本文認為,為有效維護著作權人的合法權益,打擊網路盜版侵權行為,營造清朗的網路空間,有必要強化雲盤服務供應商的管理責任,同時針對雲盤侵權亂象建立專門的行政執法制度 ,監督雲端硬碟服務商積極履行 管理義務,建立行政執法機關與網路服務供應商的溝通機制,形成網路版權行政保護的良性示範. |
