| Abstract: | 本研究的主要目的在探究大陸 香港 台灣三地新聞專業學生未來進入新聞行業的就業意願及把新聞作為終身職業的意願,並探討相關影響因素.本研究採用問卷調查法,在中港台三地大學訪問482位新聞專業學生.研究結果發現,三地新聞專業學生在畢業後希望進入新聞界工作的人數比例不高,三地新聞專業學生將新聞作為終身職業的人數比例非常低.此外,本研究亦發現,三地學生的就業動機對其畢業後進入新聞行業工作的意願具有顯著預測力. |
