Abstract: Stress, which always stay with Hong Kong People, especially for adults. Hong Kong is one of the big and busy cities in the world. The fast-paced of lifestyle is driving Hong Kong People tired in the sides of physical and psychological. Chasing things up every day, no matter in the workplace, school, home, and interpersonal relationship etc. Busy...tired...busy and tired, the repetitive pattern is the portrayal of life to most Hong Kong people. They keep receiving information from the outside and some unpleasant events, it accumulates some emotions that have not to solve with which lead them to stay in high-stress level all the time. People usually feel tired and no motivation to do things or face their life because those emotions exhaust their energy in day by day. In view of this, it reflects that Hong Kong people need space and methods to help themselves to release the pressure. The program would be conducted for five sessions. Therefore, the project would use tea mindfulness to lead members to slow down their paces, focus on here and now to relax, accept their emotion, and get to recharge through the program.
