dc.description.abstract | Centuries ago, the major function of residential buildings was to provide a shelter to humans, protecting from wind, rain and dust. Later on, economic development in our society leads us to an increase in requirement on dwellings’ quality. Comfortable indoor environment becomes a must in home selection criteria. Nowadays, residential units continue to serve the above mentioned functions. Nevertheless, people has a higher demand. The global warming drives us to looks for ways to minimize the negative environmental impact.
