dc.description.abstractCenturies ago, the major function of residential buildings was to provide a shelter to humans, protecting from wind, rain and dust. Later on, economic development in our society leads us to an increase in requirement on dwellings’ quality. Comfortable indoor environment becomes a must in home selection criteria. Nowadays, residential units continue to serve the above mentioned functions. Nevertheless, people has a higher demand. The global warming drives us to looks for ways to minimize the negative environmental impact. With the help of content analysis, this paper studies the Hong Kong sustainable smart home knowledge sharing.en_US
