The study examined the relationship between family income, educational level, martial satisfaction, parenting stress and martial conflict. The method used for the study was a survey that used a convenience method and crosstab analysis method with discussions, recommentations and suggestions. 115 persons (64 male, 51 female) who are married and having children were asked to do the questionnaire in three districts (Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, New territories and Off-shore Island). The result of the study showed that there is significant relationship (Chi square =< 0.005) between "family income and martial conflict", "educational level between martial conflict", "martial satisfaction and martial conflict" and "parenting stress and martial conflict". Therefore, the findings imply that increasing income, educational level and satisfaction, and alleviating parenting stress can reduce the martial conflict.en
