dc.description.abstract | 本文選擇從"經濟的社會建構"角度去分析老字號工商業在組織類型方面呈現出的差異性。綜合廣州老字號協會網站上"老字號故事"專欄介紹的老字號和新聞媒體中報道過的一些廣州本地老字號,可以把它們按照依附的組織結構,大致劃分為三種基本類型。第一種是依赖傳統家庭或者家族組織建立起來的老字號﹔第二種是按照國有或者集體企業形式重組而成的老字號﹔第三種是改革開放之後以個體私營企業形式運營的老字號。本文將對這三種類型老字號的主要特徵做出歸納和總結。 | en_US |
