| Abstract: | 本文以加拿大多倫多之工作經驗，指出由香港移居加國的老年人，因制度及權力之不公平，而在生活上有不同程度之障礙及歧視。透過實踐「橋樑服務模式」，作為種族社群，新移民老年人服務的方向。香港及澳門為新居港、澳人士提供服務，可考慮「文化兼融」與「橋樑服務模式」整合作為參考。 |
