Based on results of research rather than traditional teaching experience, eight groups of accounting academics have come up with suggested teaching approaches for management accounting in the new millennium, fifteen groups for introductory accounting and three groups for internal auditing. The advantage to readers of this paper is that they no longer need to read a long list of journal articles on academics can go through the summarized changes and suggested teaching approaches to pick out the ones that suit their teaching style and read the cited articles they pick.en_US
