Abstract

香港樹仁大學法律與商業學系，為了慶祝創系四十週年，舉辦了胡鴻烈大律師傑出學人講座，並將講座文章結集成此文集。講座文集集合香港、中國內地及英格蘭 – 威爾斯重要學者、司法法律工作者及政府人員的文章。當中涉及題目廣泛，包括雙語法制、國際法律、法律教育、調解發展和專業道德等重要議題。 To celebrate the momentous occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Department of Law and Business, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, this collection of articles represents the final product of Dr. Hu Distinguished Lectures. This publication now brings together the work of prominent academics, legal practitioners, members of the judiciary and government officials from different jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Mainland China, and England & Wales.
