劉睿睿周洋博士2026-09-012026-09-012024社會學評論, 2024年, 第5期, 第136-159頁.2095-5154http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11861/28618算法管理研究認爲勞動過程會通過數字技術呈現出極強的程序化和標準化特徵,由此製造了千千萬萬被“困在系統裏”的不穩定勞工.然而,對網絡貨運平臺的個案研究發現,貨運勞動的特性在一定程度上影響了算法對勞動分解,量化,監視和評估的範圍,程度與有效性,這導致難以標準化的勞動過程與尋求標準化的算法管理之間始終存有較大的張力,從而形塑出網絡貨運司機束縛與能動並存的平臺工作體驗.通過對這一類平臺勞動秩序的實證分析,本研究挑戰了當下過度理性化的算法管理研究預設,加深了對於算法技術和工作平臺化問題的理解.<br> Algorithmic management research has argued that labor processes can be highly programmed and standardized through digital technologies, making myriads of unstable labor stuck in the system. Drawing on one Chinese haulage platform as a case study, this paper finds that the complexity of labor affects the scope, degree, and effectiveness of algorithms in decomposing, quantifying, monitoring and evaluating labor to a certain extent. This results in a constant tension between the difficulty of standardizing the labor process and the algorithmic management, which restricts the platform truck drivers while providing them with space for agency.
