Previous researches had shown that students might have hindered gender stereotype after studying in the gender segregation environment. However, the result varied within cultures. This research studied the gender-endorsement activities and the shaping from the subjective experience in secondary girls’ schools in Hong Kong context. 10 participants coming from 9 girls’ schools were recruited using convenience sampling. They were interviewed about their experience in girls’ school and perception (or values) about girls’ school, perception towards genders, and their endorsement in gender activities. Transcript was analyzed using grounded theory approach with NVivo. From the result, temperament and characteristics of girls’ schools’ graduates were described, with their choices in career development and relationship style. These characteristics were shaped by school policy in image, education style and gender segregation. Mesofactors such as school fame and socioeconomic status also affected the shaping to certain extent.
