鄭漫博士程志敏2026-08-312026-08-312022海南大學學報(社會科學版), 2022年, 第40卷, 第6期, 第62-69頁.1004-1710http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11861/28581“南海文明”概念的提出爲我們思考南海問題,全球文明乃至人類命運共同體提供了新的話語體系和理論建構.我們必須以世界史爲背景,從歷史地理學和地緣政治學的角度去深入探討“南海文明”的獨特含義,歷史背景,發展脈絡.雖然有地緣政治學家將南海稱爲“亞洲的地中海”,但中國南海及其周邊衆多東南亞國家組成的廣大區域過去尚未構建出相對完整獨立的文明形態,也與“地中海文明”並不同質,甚至很難相提並論.所以在理解“南海文明”概念時,我們需要跨出“地中海”思維.而建設“南海文明”則是這個偉大時代賦予我們的使命,我們必須超越“民族國家”概念,上升到“文明國家”的高度,才能更好地理解“南海文明”的特質.“南海文明”的建設有助於維護世界和平,保護區域穩定發展,同時也是我們實現民族偉大復興的重要戰略支撐,更是創建人類命運共同體的必經階段.<br> The concept of“South China Sea civilization”provides a new discourse system and theoretical construct to deliberate the South China Sea issue, the global civilization and even the community with shared future for mankind. The particular connotation, historical background and evolving course of this concept, however, still need to be explored more deeply from the perspective of historical geography and geopolitics in the context of world history. Despite the fact that the South China Sea is considered“Asian Mediterranean” by the geopolitical scholars, a complete and independent“South China Sea civilization”has not yet been formed in the massive region of the South China Sea as well as its surrounding Southeastern Asian countries, which is neither the same as the“Mediterranea civilization”nor comparable to that. In this regard, it is suggested to transcend the Mediterranean mode of thinking for the proper understanding of“South China Sea civilization”. Furthermore, it should be an intrinsic mission to build the“South China Sea civilization”in this grand era, which demands to surpass the concept of“nation-state”, and should be promoted to the degree of “civilization-state”. Only in this way can the particularities of the“South China Sea civilization”be better understood.
