To overcome the challenges of limited resolution and noise interference, we developed a super-resolution reconstruction method based on phase-intensity feature fusion. Using dedicated feature extractors and an attention mechanism, the method adaptively integrates phase and intensity information to enhance image quality. Experimental results on normal and thalassemia red blood cells demonstrate significant improvements in resolution and structural consistency, paving the way for MDHM’s application in biomedical research and disease diagnosis.enMicrosphere Digital Holographic Microscopy (MDHM)Super-Resolution ImagingPhase-Intensity Feature FusionAttention MechanismSuper-resolution microsphere digital holographic microscopy imaging based on phase-intensity feature fusionConference Paper10.1117/12.3062541
