Title: Helping adults with ADHD to plan their future by SMART goal

Abstract: The aim of this study was to assist adult with ADHD to plan their future by SMART goal. Adults with ADHD may suffer from problems like impulsive behavior and weak decision-making which precipitate poor working performance. Thus, the importance of career planning for diagnosed with ADHD has been omitted. In this project, the participants are diagnosed with ADHD aged 18 to 23. A 3-session individual interview that included background check in session one, introduction and application of SMART goal in the subsequent sessions. This is a qualitative researcher to investigate the effectiveness of helping adults with ADHD to plan their future by SMART goals. To investigate the results and influence of the participants, there will be conducted to collect qualitative data which collect their review of SMART goals.
