Abstract: Construction accident rates are high in many places, leading to high compensation, loss in manpower, and extension of time. Numerous research sheds light on the causes of factor which lead to construction accidents, such as human error, hot summer, tight schedule, young age, and lack of knowledge about safety. As previous research found that (1) there are more generation Y coming across accidents and (2) many of this generation members are expert users of mobile technologies and there is a lack of research on construction safety knowledge via various apps. This chapter aims at reviewing the construction safety knowledge sharing via various mobile apps.
